Information you submit

When you select Save backup & open email, the website stores your name, email, optional phone number, property details, message, and any callback preferences in KeyLane’s private lead inbox. The authorized website owner uses these details to organize and respond to your request.

Follow-up and contact

Submitting an inquiry asks KeyLane to contact you about that inquiry. It does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. Requested callback dates are preferences, not confirmed appointments. You can contact Patrick at patrick@keylanerealty.com to request a correction, removal, or no further contact.

Website storage

Preparation checklists store only checkmarks in your browser. Calculators keep their inputs on the current page. Inquiry fields are not saved in your browser by this site; the details you submit are stored on the website’s hosted database. Hosting providers may process request information for operation and security. The website does not send automatic email notifications. The email option passes the prepared message to your configured email app; you choose whether to send it. Your email provider handles drafts and sent messages under its own privacy practices. The private owner login uses a secure session cookie; visitor inquiries do not require an account. This site also uses temporary hashed request counters to limit spam.

Other websites

Links to Google, property records, and other services open websites with their own privacy practices. No third-party marketing analytics or advertising scripts have been added to this site.
